Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery Options
We currently offer:

All orders include tracking when shipped. Pickup orders are notified via email once completed.

Returns and Satisfaction Policy
We do not accept returns on custom-embroidered items unless there’s a proven production error (wrong thread color, misspelling, incorrect size, etc.). If you experience an issue:
